Organisations we work with include the United Nations Development Programme, Innovate UK, and WorldSkills, and over the last couple of years has included Wiley, The Good Investors, Medicines Discovery Catapult, Energy Systems Catapult, and Enginuity.
Due to the continued growth of our agency operations, we are looking for an experienced account/project manager.
Your role in our team will be to collaborate closely with senior consultants, designers and copywriters; liaising with our clients to manage and deliver our key projects and programmes.
Knowledge, skills and experience
You should have excellent communication, planning & coordinating, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills. And you will have an interest in, or experience and knowledge of:
- Story, narrative and communication
- Systems change
- Innovation and entrepreneurship
You have professional experience of and enjoy:
- Working in an agency-client partnership
- Managing multiple client accounts and projects
- Creating and maintaining effective project plans
- Managing consistent and punctual communications with suppliers, freelancers, and client contacts at all levels
- Attending regular client meetings to update and track progress; replanning where required
- Workload planning and resourcing
