Join epilogue and work across all our divisions, supporting the senior team and helping shape and maintain our clients' profiles. 

epilogue is a boutique agency that specialises in developing and nurturing new talent as well as maintaining and protecting established profiles. The company has four dynamic divisions - 'Drama' 'Broadcast' 'Experts' and 'Podcasts' a part of the business that launches and handles series publicity for podcasts. Its clients include actors Aaron Pierre, Adetomiwa Edun, and Andi Osho and many more.

The assistant publicist/junior publicist will assist the senior team in the smooth running of accounts. This role works independently and as part of the team to create opportunities for epilogue's clients.You will pitch stories, run day-to-day logistics and admin for clients and the office, handling incoming requests appropriately. You will develop your skills further, helping with new business research and campaign strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Account Leads in the development of campaigns; pitching and overseeing press opportunities
  • Ability to work across multiple accounts; able to prioritise and communicate effectively
  • Monitoring, collating, and distributing daily press coverage
  • Keeping an eye on key events and updating team accordingly
  • Office support and upkeep handling phone, welcoming guests, and receiving deliveries
  • Account support: keeping the databases updated, managing diaries, creating and updating client documents, biographies, contacts, press packs etc
  • Act as point of contact for clients and their agents for day-to-day logistics and in the absence of the Account Lead; managing schedules, travel arrangements, dressing for clients; liaising with photographers, hair & makeup (HMU) artists and stylists
  • Handling incoming requests for clients appropriately
  • Accompanying Account Leads to events, shoots and press interviews etc.
  • Assisting in creating campaign strategies for clients
  • Assisting with new business research
