Would you be excited to develop your communication skills with an organisation that operate and think globally?

C40 is a network of nearly 100 mayors of the world’s leading cities, who are working to deliver the urgent action needed right now to confront the climate crisis, and create a future where everyone, everywhere can thrive. Mayors of C40 cities are committed to using a science-based and people-focused approach to help the world limit global heating to 1.5°C and build healthy, equitable and resilient communities. Through a Global Green New Deal, mayors are working alongside a broad coalition of representatives from labour, business, the youth climate movement and civil society to go further and faster than ever before.

The C40 World Mayors Summit is C40’s flagship event and will gather around 1500 guests in-person and a global audience of virtual speakers and attendees. Mayors from the world’s leading cities will be joined by high-level government officials, philanthropists, youth leaders, scientists, business leaders, campaigners and residents to showcase and accelerate the most effective climate solutions being delivered in cities worldwide, and build a global coalition that rallies around the radical and ambitious climate action our planet needs.

The Summit will take place in Buenos Aires from the 19th-21th October 2022 at the Buenos Aires Convention Centre (CEC). The main Summit will be supported by a number of opportunities for press and media, social media, and resident engagement, as well as a series of side events and site visits.
