Play a key role in supporting the creative department of an innovative live experience agency, overseeing tasks from managing designers' diaries to checking design work and supporting pitches.

Live Union is a full-service live experience agency and are excited to be operating in this new era for events, designing and delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.

Live Union works with clients to re-imagine events for their audiences, maximising the business value of live experiences and offering a complete service from creative concept through to delivery. 

This is an exciting role assisting with the management of the creative department, ensuring the team is highly organised and efficient. You'll provide inputs to the agency's culture and help continually improve the quality of their creative output.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Booking and diary management of in-house and freelance designers
  • Raising purchase orders and filing
  • Trafficking work between designers and creative dept and account teams
  • Building and updating an online database of designers and other creative resources
  • Managing the filing of design work within filing system
  • Managing the filing of photography & marketing materials and supporting the sales and marketing team
  • Helping with the briefing of design work
  • Checking design work and managing the amend process
  • Copy checking
  • Helping manage pitches
  • Creatively inputting into the agency’s work

 

What we're looking for

  • Organised with sound planning and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and project components simultaneously
  • Ability to manage successful working relationships and have customer facing skills
  • Possess an adaptable and proactive approach to work, with flexibility to travel and work outside of standard office hours to meet the business needs
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and a creative problem solver
  • Strong written and communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as a team player to collectively meet targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivated individual and dedicated to achieving tasks

Desirable

  • Use of Microsoft 365
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite is ideal but not essential
