Location: London, Gray’s Inn Road with flexible and hybrid working options (2-3 days per week in office). This role will migrate to our new office in White City in 2023.

 

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Digital Partnerships Manager to join our growing ITV Commercial team on a permanent basis in London. 

Our vision is to be More than TV, building upon ITV’s unique and winning combination of creativity and commercial strength, driven by investment in data and technology.  Our ITV Commercial team is responsible for bringing in the £1.9bn worth of advertising that helps fund ITV's programming.  

However, our Commercial team isn’t just about advertising sales jobs, we also have ITV Creative Partnerships who are responsible for building brand activations around ITV programmes and channels using TV sponsorships, secondary programme partnerships, content, product placement and digital integrations to build advertising campaigns for ITV’s clients. We are looking for a Digital Partnership Manager to join our Creative Partnerships team.

ITV is adapting its strategy to reflect the dynamic, global market for TV by being a digitally led entertainment and media company that creates and brings brilliant content to audiences, wherever, whenever and however they choose. 

This is a brand new role within the Creative Partnerships team, and will highlight the importance of digital within ITV’s long-term strategy. We are looking for a curious, pro-active digital & social media expert to deliver innovation led projects built on viewer and consumer behaviour, client objectives and outcomes through our social media platforms.

As Digital Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for  activating and leading ITV’s partnership activity across social media whilst also supporting the wider Creative Partnership and Sales teams in responding to briefs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day to day relationship management with Social platforms and internal stakeholders. 
  • Apply strong client-facing skills including  the ability to tell a story with data that proves the value of partnering with ITV through social platforms.
  • Work alongside colleagues to pitch individual shows and digital opportunities to external clients & agencies in tandem with the Commercial Sales Team.
  • Produce digital partnership sales material, sometimes in its entirety and sometimes with supporting team/s, always at market leading standards. 
  • Provide reports that highlight campaign performance and identify opportunities for the future.
  • Work closely and collaboratively to ensure that the maximum commercial opportunity is scoped and created.
  • Liaise with internal contacts at all levels of seniority within the organisation & external stakeholders (agencies etc).
  • Regularly present the Social opportunities available to the Commercial Sales Team.
  • Ensure that the Commercial Sales Team is kept fully abreast of any changes to the digital opportunities.
  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with key ITV stakeholders.
  • Successfully account manage the relationship with ITV and Social platforms.
  • Act as the Commercial Team’s Social Champion.

 

 

Knowledge, skills, experience

Minimum criteria

  • Strong digital experience ideally from a broadcast or agency background with expertise in social and other digital channels.
  • Demonstrable solid experience in managing stakeholders and executing exciting new digital opportunities. 
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining commercial relationships with agency contacts and clients.
  • Experience of writing and delivering compelling sales presentations to agency planners and clients.
