Employer Training trainee
Salary: £20,110 per annum (or part-time equivalent)
Employer training is a key strand of our work and helps to ensure our partners are providing environments for people from underrepresented communities to thrive and flourish. We’re looking for a trainee to work alongside our employer Training Coordinator and provide administrative support.

We provide a range of services to companies, from recruitment to employer training and consultancy. We work with over 500 creative companies, including ITV, Sky, The National Theatre, Aardman Animations, the Financial Times and Hearst.
Working with the Chief Executive and our lead trainers, this role would be crucial in supporting the planning and delivery of our work with partners. The successful candidate will assist with the day to day administration relating to the employer training programme, help with new business enquiries and support with technical aspects of training delivery.
If you’re an energetic and highly organised people person, this could be the perfect opportunity to gain hands on experience as an integral member of the Creative Access team. The role will be a hybrid, working from home and the Creative Access office.
What you'll learn
Liaising with external consultants
Dealing with employer partners to book in dates, answer queries and collate feedback
Managing the training diary and calendar
How to use a CRM system (Salesforce)
Managing incoming correspondence and supporting new business enquiries
Designing and creating PowerPoint and training materials
Assisting with running the sessions via Zoom and in person
Resolving queries from employer partners and providing general support to the team
General team support as required

Hours: standard office hours are 10.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday. The post-holder will be expected to assume duties outside of working hours to support the delivery of the role and operation of the organisation when required. Open to discussing flexible terms.
Holiday entitlement: 22 days per calendar year, plus statutory English Bank holidays, the days between Christmas and New Year, and half a day for your birthday (pro-rated for part-time staff)
