
Fan engagement internship
Salary: £380 per week

Duration: up to 3 months depending on your availability

Working closely with the CRM (customer relationship management) Team, the internship includes hands-on execution of helping to engage McLaren’s fanbase by responding to fan enquiries and providing admin support to the CEO Office.
What you'll be doing
Fan mail (50%)
- Replying to all fan mail enquiries and charitable requests
- Coordinating the distribution of McLaren Driver Cards
- Recording and measuring fan mail volumes
- Maintaining McLaren’s tone of voice across all print and digital fan communications
- Identifying opportunities to incorporate fan mail into digital content
- Communicating directly with the McLaren fanbase
McLaren Plus programme (40%)

Contacting McLaren competition winners and distributing prizes

Coordinating signing sessions with McLaren F1 Drivers and team personnel

Work closely with Brand Experience colleagues to coordinate physical and virtual fan events
CEO office
- Providing general administrative support to the CEO office
Knowledge, skills, experience

Proofreading and copywriting experience

Excellent communication skills and confident in contributing ideas
