Sadler’s Wells has a track record of delivering imaginative learning & engagement opportunities in dance, to support, enrich and extend the reach of our work and engage with new audiences.
We are looking for a learning & engagement officer who will plan and deliver strands of our community engagement work such as Culture Club and Family Fridays. You’ll also work closely with the learning & engagement manager on coordinating activities in the community and as part of our Associate Schools programme. You’ll be a champion for access and inclusion, working on our access performances and events to enhance the experience of our D/deaf and disabled customers.
Knowledge, skills, experience
- Project management experience in arts education and/or community engagement
- Experience of developing opportunities to provide access to the arts for D/deaf and disabled people
- An understanding of safeguarding and working with children, young people, and vulnerable adults
