Salary: £24,500 per annum


BAFTA is looking for a learning, inclusion and talent coordinator to join its team.

You'll coordinate events and initiatives as part of the learning, inclusion and talent (LIT) team. The role has a particular focus on the BAFTA members’ screenings programme, working closely with the head of programmes and the Industry team to coordinate in person screenings, Q&A’s with filmmakers, and uploads of content onto the membership viewing platform, BAFTA View. Additionally, you'll provide administrative support to the learning, inclusion and talent team in its extensive programme of events and talent initiatives, working as part of the administration arm of the LIT team.

BAFTA’s learning, inclusion and talent programme works with award winners, nominees and leading industry figures, and creates opportunities for them to share their knowledge and support talent throughout their careers, whether through mentorship, masterclasses, or talent roundtables. The learning, inclusion and talent programme is broken down into four key audiences: industry, new talent, new entrants, as well as children and young people.
