ATG Productions is an international theatrical production company – dedicated to producing critically acclaimed, commercially successful and creatively ambitious work for the West End, Broadway and beyond. We are the in-house producers for ATG Entertainment – and place partnerships and creative excellence at our core.
The general management arm of ATG Productions oversees and manages all our live productions in London, on tour and internationally. The production coordinator is a key member of this team working alongside the general managers and production assistants to facilitate all aspects of preparation, pre-production, opening and throughout the run. The production coordinator has enough experience to deputise for the general managers as needed, and the skills to have oversight of the production assistants and their priorities. The role requires the ability to move seamlessly between office-based administration and front-line duties in rehearsal or at relevant venues.

Knowledge, skills and experience
Essential
- A demonstrable interest in theatre, and specifically facilitating live productions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across a broad range of internal and external contacts and collaborators.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work on a varied and heavy workload and to juggle competing priorities.
- Tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proven ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- A good level of computer literacy, including database experience, Word, Outlook, Excel.
Desirable
- Previous experience of the production coordinator role within a theatre or arts organisation.
- A good knowledge of commercial theatre in the UK and beyond.
