Premier’s Creative department is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join their growing team. The role is versatile, hybrid working from office and home with occasional irregular hours required.

Day to day, the work of a Production Coordinator is varied, from booking crew & equipment, and supporting the wider team in all areas of production & post-production. The Production Coordinator will report directly to, and work closely with, the Creative Director.



  • Managing the needs of physical/virtual production 
  • Managing schedules, including sending daily and weekly schedules and communicating schedule changes to the team 
  • Crew and freelance hire 
  • Communicating the schedules to external crew
  • Scheduling internal assets edit/graphics 
  • Coordinating transportation needs and accommodation 
  • Handling equipment rentals
  • Managing Transport
  • Managing locations


Knowledge, skills, experience

  • The ideal candidate will have a willingness and passion for learning new skills and will already have experience with production & post-production workflows

This is a permanent full-time role (working hours 9.30 – 18.00 weekdays, with occasional out of hours working), with 20 days holiday per annum (plus all public holidays).
