Saboteur are an independent brand studio with a mission to set brands free. The team: Three founders and a growing team of independent-minded, ambitious people from diverse backgrounds. Their team have lived and worked all over the world, and speak ten languages in the studio – though not all at once. Their clients include Deloitte (US, UK, Global); National Geographic; Theirworld; Black Business Institute; Love Welcomes, amongst others.

Saboteur are looking for someone who is naturally organised and passionate about brands. You will be committed to delivering great work and exceeding client expectations, enthusiastic, a great team player and fun!

The role will support the client services team with the running and management of varying accounts across big global projects as well as small local ones.


What you'll learn

  • Working with a team to create work plans, proposals, estimates and timings
  • Day to day client contact and building relationships
  • Preparing and maintaining status reports, documenting meetings, following up actions, managing diaries and booking meetings
  • Supporting the planning of the studio project workflow
  • Supporting in the internal financial reporting system and the management of invoices and purchase orders
  • Adapting proposals to new briefs, contributing to creative briefs and helping to write presentations
