Country & Town House is a leading independent media business with a number of strong and respected print magazine titles and a rapidly growing digital business.

We need a hard-working and well-organised manager to support the commercial sales team and to manage and run our office near Fulham Broadway. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in a busy and dynamic office, capable of keeping a cool head and with the ability to multi-task.

Reporting to the B Corp & Projects Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the publishing industry. With your experience and talents, you’ll be able to bring organisation and structure to a team of high-performing professionals and help the business become more efficient, productive, and effective and to become a key member of our close-knit team.



  • Office management, including post, liaising with landlords, stationery & supplies, breakfast club, magazine distribution (including management of leftover magazines as per our environmental policies)
  • Ensuring that the office is tidy and well presented at all times
  • Support B Corp & Projects Manager in achieving scope 1 and 2 carbon emission targets 
  • Support B Corp & Projects Manager in the organisation of C&TH and client events including guest lists, invitations, venues, catering, budget management and client liaison
  • Annual audit of office supplies as per our procurement policy - with a goal of increasing our use of local/ESG focused suppliers
  • Provide support to the commercial team through assisting with client and market research, sales pitches and presentations, client liaison and follow up, copy chasing for print, inserts and digital campaigns.
  • Assisting with production and admin of School House magazine
  • Subscriptions management - management of single issue orders and subscriber queries
  • Lead on organising staff social events
