Ready to amplify our presence and engage our audiences? We're looking for a social media / PR manager to develop strategies, create compelling content, and grow our community.

Blink IndustriesBlinkink is an Emmy, BAFTA, Cannes Lions, and D&AD-winning entertainment development studio and production company. We are mixed-media specialists blending live action and animation in innovative ways for TV, film, commercials, music videos, and video games. We have a highly creative culture and a diverse skill set, with a team capable of producing high-end 2D, stop motion, live-action, CGI, puppets, and post.

We started out in 2005 as a short-form commercial production company and have since grown to encompass two North London sites, 50+ full-time staff, a talent roster of 30+ creatives/writers/directors, and a 130-seat animation studio.

As a creative-led, owner-operated, fully independent company, we are passionate about working with unique talent and telling stories that look and feel like no other. We pride ourselves on the inventive, craft-centric approach that we take to our development slate and productions. The role is London-based and we enjoy a predominantly in-person culture, with everyone in the studio four days a week.

We are looking for a PR & Social Media Manager who can strategise, create, and captivate. We’re looking for someone who can help showcase our work, amplify our presence, and engage our audiences. If you’re proactive, entrepreneurial, and ready to make an impact we want to hear from you.

  • Newsletters: Create and distribute regular newsletters to our partners, agencies, and clients.
  • PR coordination: Commission external PR agencies for major IP launches.
  • Reporting: Provide insightful weekly reports analysing performance metrics and offering actionable insights using Google Analytics and social platform analytics.
  • Continuous improvement: Evaluate and refine our campaigns to ensure maximum impact in a dynamic entertainment landscape.
  • Partnerships: Liaise with cultural partners like Film London Flamin and BFI Future Film Festival.
  • Collaboration: Work with creative, production, and sales teams to ensure our social channels tell authentic stories about our brand, work, and talent.
  • Awards management: Identify and submit projects for awards, curating assets and writing submissions.

What you’ll bring

  • Passion: A genuine love for the entertainment industry and the creative work of BLINKINK and Blink Industries.
  • Strategic skills: Ability to develop and execute digital strategies that align with our creative vision and business goals.
  • Analytical ability: Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and optimise campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Experience building cross-functional relationships and working effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Writing skills: Exceptional writing and editing abilities for engaging a diverse, global audience.
