This is an exciting strategic consultant role, shaping entrepreneurial strategies and stories for positive change.

We’re a social enterprise helping people leading change from within established organisations or innovators scaling new businesses. We turn strategies - business, marketing, investment - into stories, to build belief and make change go further, faster. 

Organisations we work with include the United Nations Development Programme, Innovate UK, and WorldSkills, and over the last couple of years has included Wiley, The Good Investors, Medicines Discovery Catapult, Energy Systems Catapult, and Enginuity.

Due to the continued growth of our agency operations, we are looking for a junior to mid-level strategic consultant. 

Your role in our team will be to help identify and shape entrepreneurial strategies and solutions and turn them into stories about change. 
 

Knowledge, skills and experience

You will have experience or knowledge of, and a passion for:

  • Story, narrative and communication 
  • Systems change 
  • Innovation and entrepreneurship

You have some professional experience of and enjoy: 

  • Communicating new ideas through writing and conversation 
  • Working in an agency-client partnership 
  • Finding insights into how things work (technology, communities, systems, etc) 
  • Understanding what motivates people  
  • Learning from the past, present and potential futures 
  • Working with models and frameworks   
  • Coaching to build capacity in others 

We will offer interviews to applicants who can evidence at least 2 out of the 3 experience areas, and 4 out of the 7 professional experience requirements.

Working with us

Our office is in Lewes, just outside Brighton. We operate a flexible hybrid working policy. Free private healthcare is provided for all permanent employees. You can find our ED&I metrics on our website.
