Talent agent - Creatives

Salary: Negotiated depending on experience with a commission-based incentive.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Agent to join our team at Lee Morgan Management in London.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our Creative Client base. The role centres around building and maintaining our client base of Directors in Stage & Screen Choreographers and Casting Directors.

Responsibilities

• Manage clients, collaboratively working with a proactive approach
• Mentor and advise clients on professional decisions
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts
• Maintain and in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the Creative Industry
• Approach potential new clients
• Source emerging new talent
• Pitch to industry professionals to secure contracts
• Negotiate terms of contracts
• Keep up to date records of the client base

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Experience working as a Talent Agent
• Full knowledge of the creative industry including Directors, Choreographers and Casting Directors
• Excellent communicator to support and advise clients
• Positive salesperson to secure regular contracts
• A creative thinker and confident networker
• Ability to work confidentially under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent IT skills
• A working knowledge of Spotlight and Tagmin
• A great eye for detail when reading contracts
