  • Providing administrative support on our annual career development bursary
  • Carrying out tasks on an ad hoc basis to support other Programmes Managers in the team, including supporting the Mentoring Manager with the administration and delivery of mentoring programmes
  • Working collaboratively with our marketing team to promote our training and events

  • How to review applications for our programmes using an assessment criteria
  • How to plan and deliver events
  • How to manage programmes which support people to develop their skills
  • How to develop your public speaking and presenting skills

If you’re successful, you’ll be enrolled onto our Springboard: entry support programme through which you’ll have access to exclusive monthly masterclass events, training to support your professional development and opportunities to connect with other creatives in our community – all designed to help you progress and develop your career.
