The role
Being the gatekeeper and servicing clients through implementational planning, being client facing and working with relevant teams to deliver the best possible outcome for their clients. At Smart Energy GB, we aim to engage and communicate with the whole of our diverse nation about the smart meter rollout across England, Scotland, and Wales. We are an independent organisation set up by the government to deliver the national public engagement campaign, raise awareness of smart meters and drive the adoption of this technology in everyone's homes. Smart meters are essential building blocks in the creation of a cleaner, greener energy system for the future.
We are looking for a creative, strategic and proactive head of brand and campaigns, who has either worked in a senior position within a major in-house consumer marketing team or as a senior strategist/business lead for a prominent, integrated communications agency, to join us in our London office! Your task will be to oversee our internal studio and brand guidelines and have shared responsibility for delivering Smart Energy GB’s marketing strategy, creative development and campaigns.
 
Responsibilities will include:
Marketing strategy and implementation
<ul>
<li>Manage the development of individual campaign propositions and go-to-market strategies</li>
<li>Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy, by running integrated campaigns, executed across the most relevant channels and touchpoints. This includes TV, print, radio, media partnerships, digital display and content across social media and our website</li>
<li>Head up the day-to-day management of our creative agency (and media agency partners alongside our head of media) to ensure optimal service and quality of deliverables against set objectives, timelines and budget. Building on the success of recent digital programming – including a new website, digital guide with Bloomberg Connects and artist audio and films – The Line is seeking a creative, dynamic and versatile digital producer to work with our current Digital Producer as a job-share. 
The role will require you to work with existing branding to create and manage a cohesive design approach across the organisation. You will be joining the organisation at a time of growth with the opportunity to contribute significantly to our profile and reach.  The creation of compelling visual content will be essential, including the design of key materials including learning resources, funding reports, patron packs and signage.

Play a key role in promoting the London Symphony Orchestra's concerts and other initiates via both digital and print communications.
The LSO’s two Marketing Co-ordinators play a key role in the department, sharing responsibility for promoting LSO concerts and audience development initiatives, creating printed and digital marketing communications, managing guest lists and ticketing for LSO events, and providing administrative support within the team.
The marketing &amp; digital coordinator’s role also has a specific focus on contributing to the LSO’s digital strategy: updating and managing social media, supporting the creation of filmed content and trailers, and promoting the LSO’s programme of online broadcasts.
 
Responsibilities
Marketing campaigns

<li>Research, deliver and evaluate concert marketing campaigns, working in collaboration with the wider team. This will include: planning and briefing advertising; researching partnership opportunities; writing copy; and creating email and mailing campaigns.</li>

The LSO’s two Marketing Co-ordinators play a key role in the department, sharing responsibility for promoting LSO concerts and audience development initiatives, creating printed and digital marketing communications, managing guest lists and ticketing for LSO events, and providing administrative support within the team.
The marketing &amp; content coordinator’s role also has a focus on creating printed and written content, playing an important role in the production of over 50 concert programmes a year, and proofreading and editing a range of communications.
 
Responsibilities
Marketing campaigns 
<ul>
<li>Research, deliver and evaluate concert marketing campaigns, working in collaboration with the wider team. This will include: planning and briefing advertising; researching partnership opportunities; writing copy; and creating email and mailing campaigns.</li>
<li>Produce engaging marketing communications, including blog posts, leaflets, advertisements, email campaigns, artist interviews and trailers. </li>
</ul>
Audience development
<ul>
<li>Assist with wider departmental initiatives to reach new audiences, including promoting the Half Six Fix series of concerts, Wildcard tickets and LSO Discovery events.</li>
<li>Devise and implement strategies to engage the local community in events at LSO St Luke’s and at the Barbican.</li>
</ul>
LSO St Luke’s
<ul>
<li>Working with the Marketing &amp; Audience Development Manager, promote and grow audiences for events at LSO St Luke’s, including BBC Radio 3 Lunchtime Concerts. </li>
<li>Oversee the Marketing Assistant Trainee in creating LSO St Luke’s email newsletters, and venue promotional materials.</li>
</ul>
Box office &amp; ticketing
<ul>
<li>Oversee ticketing arrangements for internal staff, artists and guest tickets for half of the LSO’s Barbican concerts, working alongside the other Marketing Co-ordinator, Marketing Assistant and Development department.</li>
<li>Work on LSO Guest Ticket Desk at Barbican concerts (rota).</li>
</ul>
Content &amp; editorial
<ul>
<li>Create and source content for the LSO’s concert programmes. Circulate and correct proofs, and prepare artwork for printing.</li>
<li>Collate and update materials for inclusion in tour programmes, and liaise with tour promoters to ensure that information is accurate, correctly branded and up-to-date.</li>
<li>Proofread print and other marketing materials produced by other LSO departments.</li>
<li>Oversee the production of accessible versions of publications by the Marketing Assistant.</li>
<li>Assist the Head of Press &amp; External Affairs with producing and editing the biannual Living Music publication. </li>
<li>Contribute to organisation-wide content strategies, working with colleagues throughout the organisation to showcase the full breadth of the LSO’s work, and repurpose content across channels. </li>
</ul>
Digital
<ul>
<li>Assist with updating the LSO and Barbican websites as required, and upload event pages during the season on-sale period.</li>
<li>Write and publish posts on LSO social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok), respond to comments, and monitor engagement. </li>
<li>Create digital content linked to concert marketing campaigns, including articles, filmed interviews and interactive social media content. </li>
</ul>
Customer service
<ul>
<li>Oversee the Marketing Assistant Trainee in creating and sending pre- and post-concert emails. </li>
<li>Support the Head of Customer Relationships in audience research and gathering feedback. </li>
<li>Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.</li>
<li>When required, answer phonecalls to LSO Reception and monitor the Reception inbox. </li>
</ul>
Other
<ul>
<li>Support the Marketing Assistant in their work across digital content, publications and concert marketing.</li>
<li>Actively seek to implement the LSO’s Health and Safety Policy in relation to the duties of the post, and at all times give due regard to the health and safety of both yourself and others when carrying out your duties.</li>

Knowledge, skills, experience

<li>Is a confident writer, with good attention to detail and strong proofreading skills. </li>

The Liminal Space is a purpose-led creative studio that uses art and design approaches to build understanding, participation and social action. A combination of a creative agency and a think tank, we are a multidisciplinary team on a mission to empower more people, more profoundly to contribute to greater positive social and health outcomes.
We work with clients and organisations who are excited about taking a new approach to engaging audiences, generating research insights and solving strategic challenges. We are looking for a personable photographer with a genuine interest in architecture and design to join our growing and fast-paced appraisals team.
The Modern House is an estate agency that helps people live in more thoughtful and beautiful ways. We believe in design as a powerful force for good. Inspired by the principles of Modernism, we represent design-led homes across the UK that pay attention to space, light, materials, nature and decoration.
The photographer will work with our core business, shooting up to four homes a week, and providing exceptional images which will form the basis of our sales listings. We encourage a creative and client focused approach, that prioritises showing homes in their best light. 
The photographer is responsible for producing images of homes that are new to the market with The Modern House, working closely with our Appraisals Specialists and New Client Team to ensure that our photography remains industry-leading and working to improve our client experience. 
 
 Responsibilities

<li>To undertake 4 photo shoots per week, primarily in London  </li>
<li>To supply fully edited images to the appraisals team within 48 hours of the photoshoot, as per the TMH photography guidelines  </li>
<li>To create a smooth and professional experience for the client, as a key part of the sales process </li>
<li>To collaborate closely with appraisers on photography briefs, and undertake light styling / curation to ensure that all houses are presented in a smart and on-brand way   </li>
<li>To assist with minor edits and photoshop amends to sales images  </li>
<li>To contribute critical and technical feedback to freelancers, in collaboration with the New Client Team  </li>
<li>To participate in and help oversee test shoots of new freelance sales photographers  </li>
<li>To contribute to the development of the house photographic style, working collaboratively with the appraisals team to ensure listing photography is coherent and forward thinking  </li>
