Frieze is part of the IMG network.The Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all editorial and fair content on frieze.com. Working closely with the Editor-in-Chief and Content Operations Manager, they will manage the publication of online content in line with SEO standards and digital strategy. Please note this role may require some international travel during the year. Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and review digital content on frieze.com, including editorial, fair and partner content as well as VIP/editorial newsletters, ensuring that content meets SEO standards and is posted to schedule </li><li>Devise the yearly publishing schedule for all digital commissions in accordance with the Editor-in-Chief’s content plan</li><li>Working with a cross-departmental team, ensure the smooth and timely execution of the master content calendar for all web properties developed by the Content Operations Manager, Editor-in-Chief and Head of Studios </li><li>Facilitate Fair takeovers on frieze.com, including site imagery, user journey and content flow and management</li><li>Lead on image selection for the website, optimising SEO standards and ensuring that visuals are compelling and consistent </li><li>Edit web heads and decks for editorial and advertorial content, ensuring that they are legible, engaging, SEO optimised and in accordance with Frieze’s house style </li><li>Analyse analytics data; track and report on all site metrics  </li><li>Work closely with the Editorial team to implement data-based strategies to optimise traffic</li><li>Manage the overall appearance of the frieze.com homepage, landing pages and user journey</li><li>Act as the primary liaison with the digital team to ensure that the front and back ends of the website meet content-production requirements and suggest improvements where needed</li><li>Coordinate new and existing web projects across the Content division, including translated content and interactive maps</li><li>Liaise with the marketing and design teams on site strategy, visual assets and digital enhancements </li><li>Line manage the London-based Web Assistant</li><li>Working with the Content Operations Manager and Editorial Coordinator, devise and improve workflows around content production and budget management</li><li>Manage new writer contracts and vetting process for new vendors</li></ul> Key objectives<ul><li>Increase digital audiences through digital strategy and SEO</li><li>Ensure smooth running of the website </li><li>Facilitate both fair and publishing content plans </li><li>Coordinate and review digital content for frieze.com</li></ul> Knowledge, skills and experience<ul><li>Solid experience coordinating content and production for high-traffic websites</li><li>Knowledge of HTML</li><li>Good working knowledge of CMS</li><li>Good working knowledge of SEO</li><li>Proficient in Google Analytics or data-analysis systems</li><li>Impeccable proofreading skills</li><li>Exceptional communication and organisational skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li></ul> Our diversity &amp; inclusion statement Frieze unites people in our love of the arts. Frieze has an unrivalled opportunity within our market to build up a world-leading data-driven CRM program for high-net-worth art professionals, art enthusiasts and collectors. Critical to this is the collection, management and use of data within our data and digital eco-system.   Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver integral BAU data services to the whole organisation.</li><li>Create procedures in Data Warehouse using SQL to optimise BAU data related tasks.</li><li>Ensure high standards of support for all internal users of the CRM.</li><li>Facilitate the use and awareness of the CRM and other supplementary data systems; including holding regular meetings with internal stakeholder teams to fully comprehend their data dependencies.</li><li>Work with internal stakeholders to appropriately segment and steward new contacts through the CRM.</li><li>Manage the scheduling, segmentation and delivery of data selections for the purposes of email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Identify data barriers to optimal cultivation of Frieze’s audiences, and proactively seek methods to address and improve them.</li><li>Regularly create and execute processes to cleanse and standardise data in the CRM.</li><li>Monitor data quality in the CRM and deliver database training where knowledge gaps arise.</li><li>Ensure that data is being processed in compliance with data protection laws.</li><li>Execute data processes that arise through Data Subject Rights.</li><li>Understand the organisation’s usage of the CRM and make recommendations to the CRM Operations Manager on system improvements.</li><li>Establish and maintain thorough documentation of the BAU processes that the CRM Operations team manage.</li><li>Work with the wider Data and Digital department to drive a culture of data led decision making.</li><li>Deputise for the CRM Operations Manager as required.</li></ul> Knowledge, skills and experience<ul><li>CRM experience </li><li>Demonstrable proficiency with SQL.</li><li>Experience of Data Warehousing technologies and architecture, specifically mySQL.</li><li>Understanding of data models and relational database structures </li><li>Experience of data processing, manipulation, cleansing and validation </li><li>Advance knowledge and usage of Microsoft Excel </li><li>Expert knowledge in GDPR and its implementation </li><li>Knowledge of segmentation, marketing automation and audience engagement strategies </li><li>Experience of using email marketing platform, eg MailChimp. </li><li>Experience of processing data for events </li><li>Experience of using Sugar CRM </li></ul>  Frieze unites people in our love of the arts.
