The Audio Visual team supports the activities of all National Gallery departments for public-facing AV output, commercial venue hire clients and internal staff events.
Part of the Digital team which is in the Digital, Communications and Technology Directorate, the successful post holder will facilitate and support the provision of a diverse range of free and paid-for digitally-delivered events and content both onsite and online.
The post holder can be required to work flexibly to cover evening and weekend events, with a typical working pattern of 5 days out of 7 as required.
 
Responsibilities
Production and technical support
<ul>
<li>To provide reliable AV support throughout the gallery. Includes temporary system builds in gallery rooms or dedicated meeting rooms, to support anything from basic PowerPoint presentations, audio and video content display, music and theatrical events, large-scale conferences, complex exhibition installations and live streamed gallery tours.</li>
<li>Liaise with and advise internal and external clients how to best achieve their requirements with the available in-house AV facilities and equipment, supplemented with hire equipment when necessary.</li>

Audio-visual technician

ITV Studios Daytime is looking for a systems operator with proven experience of multimedia formats to join our traffic department.
The ITV Studios Daytime slate is filled with Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women, most of these programmes run 52 weeks a year. We also have a role in providing services to 'Development Projects' such as John and Lisa's Weekend Kitchen. Alongside our traditional production teams we also have in-house and dedicated Graphics, Promos, Post Production, Studio Crew and Support teams, all play an equally important role in ensuring we go to air each and every day.
You will ensure all material is processed through the systems as determined by the workflows as well as communicating this process to the wider business.
The role will include ingesting line feeds, programme recordings and file transfers into the servers using Avid automated software.

Play a key role in promoting the London Symphony Orchestra's concerts and other initiates via both digital and print communications.
The LSO’s two Marketing Co-ordinators play a key role in the department, sharing responsibility for promoting LSO concerts and audience development initiatives, creating printed and digital marketing communications, managing guest lists and ticketing for LSO events, and providing administrative support within the team.
The marketing &amp; digital coordinator’s role also has a specific focus on contributing to the LSO’s digital strategy: updating and managing social media, supporting the creation of filmed content and trailers, and promoting the LSO’s programme of online broadcasts.

Marketing campaigns
