Mentors, from the ITV finance, legal and technology teams have signed up to support and nurture the next generation of talent who want to begin or progress, their journey towards their first or next opportunity in television. 
ITV’s family of channels consists of ITV main channel, which is the largest commercial channel in the UK, ITV2 and ITV3 - the two largest digital channels in the UK, ITV4, ITVBe, and CITV. From ITV News and ITV Sport, to commercial and commissioning, there are many different roles and teams who come together to make content; from development and production, through to design, digital, technology, legal, finance and HR.   
This programme aims to break down barriers and myths, and showcase the rich mix of roles and opportunities on offer. It is about giving mentees the chance to gain insights and expertise, develop skills and confidence, and build new connections and networks with the television industry. And it is about giving mentors the opportunity to learn from the fresh perspectives of the mentees.  
 
How does the programme work? 
Mentors will be available from across ITV, representing all the <a href="https://www.itvjobs.com/business-areas" target="_blank">business areas.</a> Where possible, mentees will be matched with a mentor working in the area in which they would like to work.  
We're looking for mentees interested in one of these areas: technology, legal, finance.
Starting with a virtual Meet &amp; Greet session in June 2022, the mentoring partnerships will run for six months. Mentees will have the opportunity to meet with their mentor once a month for approximately an hour. 
 
What do you need to apply? 
A genuine passion for one of these areas: technology, legal, finance 
An aim to gain employment in a relevant trainee or entry-level role in the future or to secure support with progressing your existing career within television 
A willingness to engage positively with a mentor on a monthly basis for six months

As the organisation continues to grow, we are looking for a new trainee to join us for a 12 month internship within our supportive Digital and Impact team and working towards a Salesforce qualification.
 
What you will learn
<ul>
<li>How to improve the data quality of records in Creative Access’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system (Salesforce), for example merging duplicates, checking for consistency, running reports and finding errors</li>
<li>Learn how to make minor adjustments to the configuration of Creative Access’s CRM system</li>
<li>With support, import and export data between different systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy</li>
<li>How to use Mailchimp; ensuring high quality marketing and subscriber lists, by reducing bounce numbers, archiving unsubscribes and managing segmentation</li>
<li>Building and maintaining online forms; check and test the performance of online forms, learning to troubleshoot simple failures and fix these</li>
<li>Assist other departments with data queries and problems</li>
<li>Learn how to build reports to query and cross reference data, and visualise these reports using charts, graphs and dashboards</li>
<li>Deliver troubleshooting support and ad hoc training to team members as needed</li>
<li>Work towards an internationally recognised Salesforce Administrator certification</li>

Terms and conditions 
 
Salary: £20,111 per annum (or part-time equivalent)
Holiday entitlement: 22 days per calendar year, plus statutory English Bank holidays, the days between Christmas and New Year, and half a day for your birthday (pro-rated for part-time staff)
Hours of work: Standard office hours are 10.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday. The post-holder will be expected to assume duties outside of working hours to support the delivery of the role and operation of the organisation when required
Premises: Creative Access / ITV, West Works, 195 Wood Lane, London W12 7FQ (hybrid work for home / office)
