The is a very busy office requiring meticulous organisational skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, respect confidentiality at all times and possess the ability to remain calm when working under pressure. Attention to detail is crucial. Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage a high volume of emails and calls from clients and industry professionals, such as, casting directors, directors, and producers.</li><li>Attend client performances in theatres, TV, records, and screenings.</li><li>keep abreast of exciting new talent by attending drama school showcases.</li><li>Organise meetings, auditions, and self-tapes.</li><li>Ensure client CV’s and bios are up to date.  </li><li>Put together showreels.  </li><li>Client submissions over the phone, via Spotlight and on email.  </li><li>Process contracts, issue invoices, and monitor payments.   </li><li>Script reading on behalf of and alongside Agent and clients.</li><li>Diary management for the Agent and clients.</li><li>Provide full administrative support to the Agent and clients. </li><li>Liaise with US teams on clients that have US representation.</li></ul> Knowledge, skills and experience    <ul><li>A passion for film, television and theatre is essential</li><li>Skilled in multi-tasking and prioritising work</li><li>Has the ability to remain calm when under pressure</li><li>Has the ability to work at a fast pace to meet tight deadlines</li><li>Scrupulous attention to detail </li><li>Exceptional organisational skills</li><li>Skilled communicator</li><li>Effective and competent at building relationships within the team and department</li><li>Possess a can-do attitude.</li></ul>As part of our commitment to diversity we encourage applications from those who are currently under-represented in our own workforce and wider industry.
