Support your successful candidates from under-represented backgrounds.

Creative Access offers two programmes of training, networking and support for individuals who are either just starting out or already progressing further in their careers. These are specifically designed for people from under-represented groups in the creative industries. In this context, this includes Black, Asian and ethnically diverse candidates, disabled people, those undergoing gender reassignment / transitioning and individuals from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

Springboard. Our 18-month programme for people in their first two years of work. Participants can expect to set short and medium career goals, increase their confidence in the workplace, attend exclusive networking events like book clubs and masterclasses, and develop lasting networks with professional peers from similar backgrounds who are also starting out in their careers.

Thrive. An unrivalled 12-month programme of training, network and support for individuals at mid-level in their careers. This is delivered through interactive workshops, matching with a 1:1 mentor who is a senior professional in a relevant field, and access to regular professional networking opportunities.

Please get in touch via our enquiry form to find out more about the support available, or if you would like to enroll an eligible individual on your team. These programmes are already included for any successful candidate placed through our bespoke recruitment service, which you can also enquire about at the link above.
