1. Entry programme - A comprehensive programme for people in their first two years of work; includes induction training, monthly masterclasses, allocation of a buddy, peer networks, and mental health and wellbeing support
2. Development programme – An exceptional programme of leadership training, networking and mentoring for mid-level staff progressing through the creative industries
Once you have recruited a candidate, our programmes team will get in touch with them and welcome them to our community and you will be invited to attend our Inclusivity Champions line management workshop
* Candidates from communities that are under-represented in the creative industries, including disabled people, those from low socio economic backgrounds and people from ethnically diverse communities. Research shows that these individuals are more likely to progress and flourish with additional pastoral and leadership support.
