Support your successful candidates from under-represented backgrounds.
Creative Access offers two programmes of training, networking and support for individuals who are either just starting out or already progressing further in their careers. These are specifically designed by and for people from under-represented groups in the creative industries.*
People who have received support from Creative Access are more likely to report working in a supportive and inclusive culture (73% versus 59%) and 61% participating in our programmes made progress in their careers in the last 12 months compared to only 37% of those who had not.
Our programmes are:
Springboard: Our 18-month programme for people in their first two years of work. Participants can expect to set short and medium career goals, increase their confidence in the workplace, attend exclusive networking events like book clubs and masterclasses, and develop lasting networks with professional peers from similar backgrounds who are also starting out. See here for more information.
Thrive. An unrivalled 12-month programme of training, network and support for individuals at mid-level in their careers. This is delivered through interactive workshops, matching with a 1:1 mentor who is a senior professional in a relevant field, and access to regular professional networking opportunities.
