As an Account Executive, you must be a highly organised individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills – interested in the ever-evolving business of film and television. Previous experience in a supporting role across any related industry sector preferred. You’ll be supporting the Corporate & Special Projects team by providing overall organisational and material development including press releases, agendas, status reports, timelines, client correspondence, media materials, presentations, press clippings and other documents as needed.
What you'll be doing
Accounts & Campaigns
- Provide day to day support to the senior management across all corporate clients, in addition to the wider team
- Proactively support coverage across accounts
- Research and input into editorial opportunities as part of the wider client management
- Assist wherever needed with reporting to client and any additional requests from client under retainer
- Handle on the ground and remote corporate festival and market activity for clients as needed
Team Support
- Providing admin / diary and travel support for senior members of the team
Client Relationships
- Begin to build client relationships with senior support – where appropriate supporting account leads on calls and correspondence
Delivery
- Working with account managers and the rest of the team to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget
- Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
New Business & Industry Relationships
- Contribute to strategy and new business discussions, participating in brainstorming sessions
- Begin to build personal client relationships with the guidance of manager
- Build journalist relationships
