We’re now looking for a bright, organised and enthusiastic Affiliate Account Assistant to join our small but mighty team. Reporting into the Affiliate Account Manager - This is the perfect opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s excited to learn the ropes of affiliate marketing and grow their experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We work with the likes of Rixo, Rat & Boa, Vieve and Kiki McDonough with lots of other exciting brands coming up in the pipeline. At Lo Digital, we prioritise supporting female-founded brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Affiliate Account Manager in day-to-day tasks
• Assisting with admin tasks including dashboard changes, publisher approvals and data pulling.
• Helping to manage relationships with affiliate partners and networks
• Updating internal documents and campaign trackers
• Scheduling and sending affiliate newsletters and communications
• Researching potential new affiliate partners
• Supporting performance analysis and test-and-learn activities
• Sitting in on client and partner calls to learn how we build strong programs

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in digital marketing (bonus if you’re familiar with affiliate marketing but this is not a prerequisite!)
• Highly analytical and numbers based - this is a MUST
• Super organised with great attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude - we are a small team so a 'hands-on and get stuck in' mentality is crucial
• Have a genuine passion for the verticals we work across (Beauty/fashion and wellbeing) and up to date with trends in these spaces
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and learning new digital tools
• Eagerness to learn from industry experts and grow within the agency
