Closing date for applications: 4th December 2025
Salary: £60,000 and generous package of benefits
Take the lead on communications strategy, crafting impactful campaigns that celebrate how Cambridge Trust scholarships transform lives and open doors to world-class education.
At the heart of Cambridge’s global academic community is the Cambridge Trust, a charity driven by a simple but powerful mission – to open doors to the University of Cambridge for talented students from across the world, whatever their circumstances. By partnering with organisations worldwide, the Trust offers the largest number of scholarships to international students at Cambridge. Every year we help around 1,500 students pursue their dreams, awarding scholarships that support study in any subject, at any of the University’s 31 Colleges.
The priority in this role is to implement a communications strategy and plan that increases understanding of the Trust’s unique role, impact and offer among key audiences in Cambridge, nationally and globally. You will oversee an annual events programme which enables Trust supported students to network while they are in Cambridge, and you’ll play a major role in the design and implementation of our first alumni engagement programme, growing a global community of Cambridge Trust scholars inspired to engage with our work. You will communicate effectively with prospective Cambridge students around the world, designing compelling campaigns that support our goals. You will infuse impact data across all of our communications, creating evidence-based narratives about the transformation power of a Cambridge Trust scholarship.
