Premier’s Film Awards team are industry leaders in implementing campaigns for the British and American Academy Awards®. They work with major studios and independent distributors in the UK and the US. The Awards Assistant would join the film awards team on a fixed contract between the months September 2025 to the end of January 2026. The successful candidate should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for daily admin tasks, be able to work in a deadline driven environment, work both within a team and independently, and can communicate clearly and succinctly and with discretion.
Key activities
The Awards Assistant will work as part of a team focused on delivering all aspects of administration involved with inviting voters to attend screenings and Q&A events, both in person and virtual, offered to BAFTA, AMPAS and Guild members throughout the awards season. As well as communicating directly with voters, the Awards Assistant will help to compile the final guest lists and assist with other aspects of the event. In addition to this, you will be responsible for other processes which assist with the wider team, including event production, staffing and reporting support. The Assistant role is an integral part of the wider awards team, and the candidate will be expected to be eager to make an impact so in turn there will be opportunity to undertake further ad-hoc tasks.
Knowledge, skills and experience
The role is very administrative heavy; therefore, it is essential to be organised and have good office skills, computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Docs is essential.

This is a fixed term, full-time position. We operate full office working from Premier’s offices in central London. The job does include evening and weekend work, particularly in more busy periods.
Salary will be based on experience above the London Living wage – pro rata.
