PURPLE is partnering with Creative Access to recruit an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Beauty team intern to join its growing Beauty division in the agency’s London office. The right candidate must have a genuine passion for managing ongoing communications on behalf of high-profile Beauty clients and using initiative in order to achieve exceptional results. Must be organised, driven and creative. You will develop a Beauty focused understanding of Luxury PR, client relationships, working across multiple, international clients and how to manage their individual needs.
Key activities
- Monitoring all media, print, digital and social channels for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning relevant articles for distribution around the team
- Responsible for managing product deliveries and send outs in a timely manner
- Handle product and image call-ins, and compile and manage all mass mail outs
- Compiling reports and coverage presentations for all clients
- Day-to-day support on mailings, events, social media promotions, partnerships and influencer outreach initiatives and reporting
- Monitor and benchmark social media activities of other competing brands
- Conduct research on both brands, products, and industry to support the development of client plans
- Maintain and manage stock logistics
- Supporting the team with key launches and events
- Identify and track emerging trends, initiatives, and vendors in the digital space and develop relevant client applications
- Support in the management of sample logistics.
Knowledge, skills and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of internal, and external stakeholders, at all levels of experience
- Genuine interest in media and how brands are shaped and shared
- Curious and proactive, with a natural instinct to spot opportunities or suggest ideas
- Comfortable working at pace and staying calm under pressure
- Excellent prioritising and time management skills
- Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient with strong initiative
- Confident using basic computer programmes (Outlook, Excel, Google Docs). Training will be provided for other software.
