As client service intern, you will play a supportive role to the wider team assisting in ensuring clients projects are managed effectively to time, target and budget. The internship provides the opportunity to develop work samples for a portfolio, and participants will see first-hand how experiential strategies are developed and implemented. 

 

Key activities

  • Gain a deeper understanding of principles behind Brand Experience and its merits within the marketing mix
  • Take an interest in clients' businesses and their competitors to develop an understanding of different industry landscapes
  • Support delivery of project work by coordinating and updating project management tasks and documentation as directed by line manager
  • Build relationships with wider teams internally, understanding their role within the overall delivery of a project
  • Support the delivery of key client and internal documents (e.g. meeting notes, status documents)
  • Build an understanding of agency processes to enable project support (e.g. finance processes, briefing documents)
  • Report and evaluate the success of a task against associated objectives
  • Provide accurate information to teams and third parties as required
  • Ensure key information is documented, saved, filed and accessible for all
  • Check with account lead that client purchase orders are in place before commencing work
  • Support in organising financial documents (PO’s, Invoices, Contracts etc)
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams, demonstrating a supportive, respectful, can-do attitude
  • Manage up and across the wider agency teams, ensuring knowledge is effectively shared and accessible
  • Understand how business conditions can affect client projects and offers relevant insights that contribute to how implement projects (e.g. providing competitor analysis)
