We are looking for a highly organised, curious and motivated Corporate Team Assistant to support our growing Corporate Communications team. This is an entry-level role and a brilliant opportunity for someone genuinely interested in building a career in corporate PR across the creative industries.
Working across a diverse portfolio of filmed entertainment, arts and cultural clients, the role is designed to provide essential day-to-day support to senior team members, while also offering exposure to campaigns, clients, festivals and industry moments that sit at the heart of the creative sector. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, proactive, enjoys research and organisation, and is excited by the idea of learning how high-profile corporate communications campaigns are delivered from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Team Support
- Manage and maintain journalist and media databases, ensuring contact details, outlets and notes are accurate and up to date
- Compile tailored media lists and research packs to support campaigns and outreach
- Distribute press releases and campaign materials to relevant media contacts
- Carry out ongoing media and outlet research, identifying new publications, platforms and journalists relevant to our sectors
- Support with industry reporting and internal summaries by gathering information from across the team
- Monitor industry news throughout the day, flagging relevant stories, trends or breaking news that may be useful for clients or campaigns
Administration & Organisation
- Provide diary and meeting support
- Organise and maintain shared folders, uploading and managing key documents (press materials, briefings, presentations, assets, etc.)
- Support with tracking coverage and compiling summaries
- Assist with the preparation of status reports, presentations and internal updates
Meetings, Notes & Reporting
- Prepare draft agendas for internal and external meetings
- Take clear, structured meeting notes and circulate summaries to the team, capturing key actions and responsibilities
- Support with shaping notes and summaries into client-facing formats as required
Campaigns, Festivals & Industry Events
- Support the team during festivals, markets and key industry moments, including: Writing up daily internal debrief notes. Assisting with practical research related to travel, accommodation, venues or schedules
- Provide logistical support around events, screenings, exhibitions or talks, depending on client activity
Industry Immersion & Development Opportunities
As part of your development, there will be opportunities to:
- Read proposals or project materials and share observations internally
- Attend journalist meetings and briefings with the team
- Support at premieres, screenings, exhibitions, launches or set visits (where appropriate)
- Assist with the delivery of talks, masterclasses or cultural events
- Gain exposure to pitching, press materials and campaign planning
Who we are looking for
We’re less concerned about prior PR experience and more interested in potential, attitude and curiosity. You might be a recent graduate or someone at the very start of their career who is keen to learn.

A genuine interest in film, television, arts, culture or media is essential, but this role is about learning, not arriving with all the answers.
