- Beyond campaign execution, you’ll demonstrate a strong growth mindset and owner mentality, providing management, insights and guidance to the Communications team, monitoring the overall department budget for strong ROI, and presenting key performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- You’ll drive expansion into new marketing channels whilst continuing to optimising existing platforms.
- You will regularly feed back developments and reports in company meetings and present our marketing and communications strategy for authors at acquisition and re-contracting meetings.
- Furthermore, you will be instrumental in developing our Communications team: line managing direct reports, training the team in commercial and analytical decision-making, ensuring quality control, and supporting recruitment.
- Staying up to date with industry developments and establishing best practice in emerging marketing technologies is vital to the role.
