Supporting the team in bringing blockbuster films to life with your creativity and attention to detail and working in the team responsible for managing multiple projects in the fast-paced world of event planning.

We are looking for a passionate lover of events to join the Premier Events department; someone who is confident supporting on administrative and logistical tasks and working within a team to help produce a large scale event from conception including budgeting, client communications, creative ideation and on the ground management on live days.


Key tasks

Project Support

  • Help produce visual presentations (powerpoint, google slides, inDesign) to illustrate ideas.
  • Support on budget management and reconciliation post event; ensuring accuracy via constant updating
  • Support with logistics administration such as booking couriers, updating timing documents, raising POs and ad hoc supplier research.
  • Offer input into other team members’ projects - you are likely to be supporting on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist with pitching creative ideas to clients
  • Develop close supplier relations in order to understand and suggest services to clients.
    • Help maintain accurate databases listing contact details, product offerings etc
  • Attend all on site, in person and online meetings relating to your projects
  • Develop excellent film, entertainment, venue, cultural and event knowledge. Be responsible for updating departmental databases, booking site visits with new venues and keeping track of incoming ideas
  • Seek out and monitor developments within events and entertainment in order to keep developing fresh ideas.
  • Support with onsite management of temporary staff & suppliers
  • Work alongside and develop good relations with other agencies working on the same film titles.
  • Work at live events organised by other team members

Events team general

  • Cover team members’ absences as appropriate
  • Contribute to departmental brainstorms
  • Support red carpet events the team are handling
  • Manage office supplies, stationary and organisation of said supplies within office
  • General departmental admin on an ad hoc basis


Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Passion for events and interest in the entertainment sphere
  • Proven project management experience
  • Creative and used to thinking outside the box
  • Level headed with a fast thinking ability to pivot when circumstances change
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Eager to contribute new ideas
  • Personable and presentable
  • An open attitude to working unusual hours during events
  • We operate hybrid (dog friendly!) office/remote working and can offer flexible hours.
