Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience and location (+bonus +benefits)
Location: This role can be based at our London office, or at any of our regional offices in Sheffield, Edinburgh, or Bristol, with a blend of in-office (3 days) and homeworking (2 days) per week.

What you'll be doing
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading, implementing and measuring eye-catching and sales-focused campaigns for commercial fiction and non-fiction titles.
- With a combination of creativity and market awareness, your campaigns will enthuse booksellers, engage readers and drive sales for some of the industry’s best-loved author brands and breakout voices.
- You’ll be required to confidently present plans to colleagues in-house and externally to authors and agents, pitch for major new acquisitions, regularly update key stakeholders on progress, work closely with our international teams, and collaboratively share insights and ideas with the wider team.
Who we are looking for
- We are looking for a passionate, creative and driven marketer to lead on campaigns and strategy for a range of Little, Brown’s key launches.
- You will have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of devising industry-leading marketing campaigns across fiction and non-fiction that result in sales.
- An interest in commercial publishing, as well as experience leading campaigns for author brands and celebrity non-fiction is desired.
- The ideal candidate will be social media savvy, have a honed eye for design, a talent for copywriting and proven experience putting creativity and innovation at the heart of their work.
- The ability to multi-task, work calmly under pressure and be a strong team player are also vital.
