From AAA blockbusters to indie gems, cutting-edge hardware to high-profile industry events, the team has been at the forefront of shaping gaming’s biggest moments. Our current client roster includes Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS, Bungie, PLAION, Quantic Dream and NetEase Games.

We are looking for a junior account executive to join the Premier games team.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert on the media, ensuring you stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new opportunities for our clients. As a key player within the Premier Games team, you will support both creative campaigns and press office initiatives, as well as influencer collaborations, that elevate our clients' reputation and visibility. You will collaborate with the wider team across a diverse range of activities, crafting standout campaigns that effectively reach and engage the right audiences.

Key tasks

Department

  • Keep abreast of the news agenda, media changes, influencer/social trends and industry developments and inform the wider team
  • Regularly speak (in-person or digitally) with key media from gaming and mainstream outlets, and key influencers, and share insights to wider team
  • Be aware of and share new trends within both the gaming industry and wider consumer communications
  • Advise on the best tools to be using to deliver first class campaigns
  • Engage in brainstorms and team initiatives across the wider department, including supporting our music, sports and brands team on an ad hoc basis

Client accounts

  • Assist account leads in managing client accounts as directed
  • Proactively monitor and track media coverage across print, online, and social platforms
  • Compile and distribute accurate client reports and press materials in a timely manner
  • Proactively pitch stories and features to gaming and mainstream media
  • Support with planning, implementation and media outreach for creative campaigns, meeting deadlines and objectives
  • Oversee preview and review programmes for games
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and suppliers
  • Monitor key media outlets for client coverage and maintain and update the contacts database
  • Provide excellent client service, acting as a key point of contact and understanding their needs
  • Write compelling content, including press releases, articles, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with client messaging
  • Track campaign performance and provide insightful post-campaign analysis
  • Deliver regular reports on media coverage, campaign performance, and PR outcomes, using data to inform strategies

Knowledge, skills and experience

Games experience is useful but not essential - what we are primarily looking for is someone who is a people person, enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate is someone who resonates with the following traits:
