Ready to pitch bold ideas, design scroll-stopping content, and bring brands to life?

We’re on the hunt for a junior creative. Someone who’s got an eye for an award-winning, attention-grabbing idea and knows a thing or two about making them look good too. The role could see you working on a pitch for a big new dream client (we won the likes of OpenTable, Vueling and Magners in 2024), responding to briefs sent in for our Creative Giveaway, creating scroll-stopping social content, or designing collateral for a client event. A real mix of creative ideation and creative content work.

Launch is a creative brand PR agency with creativity at the heart of everything we do. Join us, and you’ll be in the thick of it – driving the creative sparks behind award-winning, headline-grabbing campaigns. We started 23 years ago and whilst PR is our heartland, we also work across social, influencer and content. 

We've got big plans for growth in 2025, so now is an exciting time to join as we grow our creative team, with this position right at the heart of the agency's creative and content outputs. And we already work with some amazing brands including Hyundai, OpenTable, Vueling, eBay and AEG. We're also the agency that created The Creative Shootout, a done-in-a-day creative awards that's matched the most creative teams in the industry with amazing charities over the past decade. 

 

What we're looking for

  • Be a bright, bold creative thinker excited by the idea of coming up with ideas that create conversation.
  • Have experience of being creative – that might be in an agency setting, or it might be from your education, or your side projects and life away from work.
  • Work closely with the senior creative team on the agency’s creative ideation for existing clients and new business. We want you to contribute to creative sessions and thinking from the get go and have a good feel for what makes a great idea.
  • Have the chance and time to develop your skills through internal and external training.
  • Work across a range of projects with different focuses, including PR, social media and influencer.
  • Know your way around AI tools and be up for exploring further how it can help you bring ideas to life, through words and visuals.
  • Be a big part of Launch’s creative culture and how we get others excited by what creativity can bring to our work and culture.
  • Have the chance to be on set when we’re creating campaign assets like photography, video or events and pop-ups.
  • Have an eye for design and be interested in creating and contributing to a range of content including social media posts, documents, pitch decks and more.
  • Preferably have some experience with elements of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
