Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (2 days per week in the office minimum)
Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week) / Fixed Term (8 weeks)

The Marketing & Communications Intern will support the Sales & Marketing team within The Assessment Network, helping to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that promote assessment as a career. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels, with a particular focus on content creation, video production, and social media management. What you'll be doing
As part of this role, you will gain...
- Hands-on marketing experience: Gain practical exposure to various marketing tactics, including email campaigns, social media, and content creation
- Video production & content creation: Lead the development of a ‘careers in assessment' video series, from project management to editing
- Event organisation support: Assist with planning and events that engage the assessment community
- Social media & digital marketing: Help manage content uploads, scheduling, and performance monitoring for digital channels
- Professional growth & collaboration: Work closely with marketing and communications professionals within a leading global education organisation.
What you'll bring
- You will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in marketing, social media, and video content creation.
- While no prior marketing experience is required, strong communication skills and excellent writing ability, are essential.
- The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

- An outstanding level of written English, and clear communication skills.

- Strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and administrative skills – the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
- You will have experience of using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Any experience of video software and video editing is preferred.
