Do you have a passion for storytelling and a knack for getting books into the hands of readers?

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team. We're looking for someone who can bring creativity and strategic thinking to our marketing campaigns, helping us to launch and promote captivating fiction and non-fiction across a range of genres.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns for our books. You will work closely with the Campaigns Director and other team members to drive sales, build brand awareness, and connect authors with their audiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, organise, execute and produce marketing activity and campaigns for fiction and non-fiction titles and across our imprints throughout the year
  • Manage the Canelo social media channels and engage with book lovers and influencers in that space
  • Liaise with authors, agents, partners, and brands, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • Collaborate with designers on the production of POS and digital assets, working to meet budgets and deadlines
  • Manage budgets for assigned projects and reports, including select digital advertising and other online promotional work
  • Aide sales and other colleagues with trade and customer marketing sell-in and materials
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of market research and data analysis
