Payment: £22,222 per annum full time equivalent (prorated for your 8-week internship)
Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (2 days per week in the office minimum)
Contract: Full Time (35 hours per week) / Fixed Term (8 weeks)

As part of this role, you will provide administrative and editing support to our Education team. This role will offer the successful candidate a chance to develop a wide range of skills applicable to similar positions in the creation and review of materials and the management of conferences. We will provide training as required.
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and editing educational materials
- Reviewing and editing materials to be posted on internal and external websites
- Organising materials in electronic folders
- Corresponding online and liaising in person with conference speakers, workshop facilitators and staff presenters or stakeholders (including at director level)
- Carrying out assigned roles at a conference including welcoming delegates, marshalling, contributing positively to the delegates' overall conference experience
The post holder will also provide secretarial and financial administration support as required, and will also have the opportunity to bring their ideas for improvement to fruition with the support of a friendly and collaborative team.
We adopt a hybrid working approach which enables a mix of working from home and being based in our offices in Cambridge. The requirement to be in the office would be a minimum of one day per week but preferably more.
What you'll bring
We are seeking an undergraduate or recent graduate with strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, enthusiasm for learning, and a proactive approach are essential. Experience in events coordination or a customer-centric role is a plus.
