This dynamic agency is on the hunt for a PR account executive. 

Launch is a creative brand PR agency and we’re looking for a smart, super creative Account Executive – as comfortable creating content and managing influencers, as pitching stories to media – all with a highly creative lens. You’ll be supporting the team on a range of existing client work, and we’ve got some great clients that include Electrolux (AEG/Zanussi), Hyundai, OpenTable, Vueling, C&C (Magners/Orchard Pig). 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the team on multiple high profile consumer brand accounts covering media relations, social and influencer activity
  • Support the team with proactive media relations- contacting journalists and pitching stories
  • Write to a high standard- press releases, social posts, 
  • Liaise with clients including joining weekly/monthly calls and meetings and providing consultancy
  • Engage with and support the team working with influencers – managing negotiations and direct liaison with influencers
  • Develop social content calendars
  • Support the team on social community management-monitoring, posting, tracking
  • Support the team on new business with research and analysis and take part in new business pitches where required
  • Undertake account admin tasks such as meeting notes, coverage trackers
  • Keep up to date on the latest trends, openings, cultural happening and share insights with the team

 

What we're looking for

  • Someone with previous PR experience (including media relations) who can hit the ground running is essential.
  • Previous PR experience including social, content and influencer activity is desirable.
  • Experience can be consumer or B2B and we're looking for someone who has a strong foundation of PR skills.
