We are currently recruiting for an exciting role where the successful candidate will be based full time in-house for one of our key entertainment clients, working two days per week at their West London offices. As a PR & Communications Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our client’s PR and communications strategy across Europe. Working closely with the senior team, you will help execute campaigns, manage media relations, and ensure the smooth running of PR operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the delivery of priority PR campaigns for key shows and initiatives
  • Drafting press releases, press materials, and internal communications to the highest standard, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the client’s messaging
  • Overseeing key website updates including uploading of releases and assets
  • Overseeing and managing the day-to-day uploads, and distribution of content via the client’s screening platform
  • Collating press coverage and providing regular updates to the team and wider business
  • Working cross departmentally to brief in assets to the creative team – utilising tools and platforms such as Airtable and Slack
  • Overseeing and driving asset delivery for press releases and schedule trailers on YouTube, ensuring the client has key art and supporting imagery to deadline
  • Providing admin, operational and logistical support for client events, junkets, press days, premieres, and talent tours, including creating schedules, booking travel, accommodation and ground transportation, and managing RSVPs
  • Assisting at screenings, launches, and press events, facilitating talent interviews and supporting media attendance
  • Providing internal and administrative support such as raising POs, submitting expenses, updating the screening events planner
  • Managing agendas, meeting minutes, and status updates with agencies, partners, and internal teams
  • Supporting the wider team during periods of annual or sick leave to ensure continuity of service
  • Oversee daily media monitoring and reporting
  • Leading or supporting the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly coverage reports and highlights decks
  • Conducting daily media monitoring for industry awareness and coverage summaries
  • Assisting with campaign reporting and wrap-ups, coordinating coverage across all markets
  • Developing and maintaining collaborative workflows with the core client team, regional managers, and local PR agencies.
  • Input into PR and internal comms plans, contributing creative ideas and supporting strategic alignment with other teams (e.g., marketing, social)
  • Participating in regular alignment calls and support the localisation and standardisation of PR toolkits and materials

  • Flexibility to support events and activities outside standard hours as required
  • Previous entertainment experience an advantage
  • Must be able to travel, to work with members of the team at events, activations and more.
