Lead high-impact stunts and experiential campaigns for top entertainment brands in London's premier entertainment agency.

Senior Event Producer/Account Director in the Premier Stunts & Experiential team, leading campaigns, stunts and experiential activity on a variety of high-profile accounts, mainly in the entertainment division. Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of logistics and client development for ongoing and one-off campaigns in this exciting and growing team within London’s leading entertainment agency.  

 

Responsibilities

Client accounts

  • Create budgets using Excel/GoogleSheets
  • Create project timelines and ensure these are observed throughout campaign
  • Maintain close third party contacts with a range of suppliers
  • Brief and source third party suppliers for projects, ensuring high quality and projects meeting client’s budgets
  • Line manage Account Manager and Senior Account Exec - conducting appraisals and reviews, providing measured and constructive feedback and targets
  • Oversee Account Manager, Senior Account Exec, Account Assistant any freelancers and PR teams on all aspects of campaign delivery, working closely with Director throughout
  • Lead client calls and attend meetings in person when necessary
  • Produce production schedules, risk assessments and method statements ahead of events, or oversee event producer in doing so
  • Provide day to day client updates in weeks leading up to events
  • Regularly share timelines with client and ensure these are observed and regularly updated
  • Management of event decks and strategy docs, ensuring client is kept up to date with all event plans, creative, work in progress and timelines
  • Management of all key suppliers in delivery of project, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards creatively
  • Complete billings forms to finance 
  • Oversight of all H&S and security documentation, ensuring standards and safety levels are fully compliant with our own internal and client expectations
  • Gathering of all supplier RAMS and collation of Event Safety Management Plan and security briefings
  • Draft and manage all budgets from offset, including internal and external versions and filemaker
  • Oversee contracts with clients and suppliers, liaising with internal teams and lawyers where appropriate
  • For public events, manage consumer flow and ticketing aspects
  • Oversee production of final report within a week of campaign delivery
  • Oversee design teams creation of artwork for events - e.g. step & repeat, window vinyls, large scale prints, event signage 

Live events

  • Manage one-day shoots or launches, immersive experiences, multi-day pop-ups etc. from start to finish
  • Oversee suppliers and crews for installs and derig, ensuring all systems followed safely and correctly, to timelines
  • Oversee BAs and security on live days

General/planning

  • Keep up to date with competitor stunts, interesting technology, art and general industry developments
  • Conceive and suggest new ways to brainstorm or generate ideas
  • Update and develop internal templates including event deck, pitch deck and budgets
  • Write internal department updates and newsletters
  • Research and liaise with useful suppliers in all areas – eg. Prop building, technology, locations, experiential
  • Manage database of useful contacts, ensuring junior members of the team keep this constantly up to date

New biz

  • Arrange and host brainstorms with wider company
  • Ideate, develop and pitch fresh creative ideas to a variety of clients
  • Assist in creation of pitch documents on PowerPoint/GoogleSlides
  • Identification of inspirational and competitor events and recommendations within team
  • Sharing of all industry trends eg. event tech, creative trends etc

Reporting line: You will report to Clare Morris, Director.
