Location: Hybrid with 3 days per week in the Manchester office

Join their vibrant team as a Social & Digital Intern and engage with the latest trends in digital communication. At Grayling, you'll help shape the social and digital presence of some of the world’s foremost brands.

You will gain exposure to social & digital strategies, both organic and paid; and mentorship on how best to use social and digital platforms to reach audiences.
 

What you'll be doing

  • Gathering digital and consumer insights to help inform successful organic and paid strategies
  • Supporting in crafting, writing, and managing social media content across multiple platforms
  • Engaging with audiences by monitoring social media channels and participating in conversations
  • Integrate social media with other digital marketing techniques like PPC (pay-per-click) to reach audiences throughout their customer journey
  • Analysing digital metrics to gauge success and identify improvement areas
  • Collaborating with the creative and strategic teams to create cohesive campaigns

 

What we're looking for

  • A natural interest and passion for social media, the different channels and the role of brands and influencers in these channels
  • A basic understanding of how to develop social content
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage a digital audience
  • A creative mindset and an eye for detail when it comes to measuring performance
  • Experience with social media tools is desirable
