We are Kindred. A creative PR and communications agency delivering positive change. For us, positive change is serious business. We believe strong purpose and strong performance aren’t mutually exclusive. We work with brands and organisations that want to achieve both. And we’re serious about how we do it. We create campaigns that have the power to improve the lives of people, strengthen communities and enhance the wellbeing of the world. Positive change has been our focus for 25+ years, and we know that doing it properly requires experience, craft and commitment. That’s why positive change runs through everything we do like a message through a stick of rock.

At Kindred, our work helps to improve financial wellbeing, encourages people to upskill to better their future, highlights the climate impacts of the fashion industry, and supports underserved communities. We’re looking for someone cares about purpose-led communications and wants to use their skills for good.
We want to hear from candidates who are chronically online– someone who takes cultural moments, killer insights and sharp messages and turns them into creative content that stops someone scrolling. You'll be hands-on with the edit, obsessed with the hook, and always thinking about what makes someone stop scrolling. From cuts that grab attention in seconds, to content ideas that are ahead of the curve, this role is an opportunity to help shape the social presence for our clients.

- Content shoots: Working with the rest of the social media team and client teams to plan and attend shoots, shaping the outputs in advance to maximise the volume of content captured.
- Community engagement: Monitoring comments, DMs and mentions across platforms, responding promptly and using these insights to shape future content ideas and plans.
- Reporting: Tracking what works, doubling down on what resonates, and reporting on channel and content performance monthly, providing clear commentary and recommendations.
