We’re not looking for experience; we’re looking for curious minds - people who ask questions, spot patterns, and love exploring new ideas. If you enjoy diving into culture, trends, and creative thinking, you might have the mind of a strategist (even if you’ve never heard that word before).
Key activities
- Trend-spotting & research – Helping Grayling to dig into industry trends, audiences, and competitors to uncover cool insights that shape campaigns.
- Creative thinking – Contributing ideas for PR and marketing campaigns that make an impact.
- Using real industry tools – Learning to work with platforms like GlobalWebIndex, TalkWalker, and Google Analytics to uncover what’s working and what’s next.
- Writing & storytelling – Helping to craft briefs and strategy docs that shape big ideas.
- Presentation skills – Developing your ability to present insights and creative ideas in a way that excites people.
- Getting stuck into real projects – Supporting new business pitches, brainstorming sessions, and client campaigns alongside industry pros.

- Real industry experience – Work with experts across strategy, creative, design, and digital teams.
- Learning to work with platforms like GlobalWebIndex, TalkWalker, and Google Analytics to uncover what’s working and what’s next.
- Develop writing and story-telling skills
