Talent assistant

Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid – 4 days/week in the London office and 1 day/week from home

The Blanket Group are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join the team in the newest division of their agency – the talent management arm.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn about talent management, both on and offline, and grow within this role. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative and operational tasks.

Key activities
- Provide administrative support to the talent management team.
- Assist in managing communications with talent, clients, and partners.
- Help coordinate talent schedules, bookings, and events.
- Maintain and update digital files, databases, and client records.
- Assist with preparing reports, contracts, and other documents.
- Support marketing and social media efforts related to talent promotion.
- Handle general office tasks such as scheduling meetings, supporting office supply orders, helping with live events and general office assistance.
- Contribute to various projects and perform other tasks as needed to support the wider team.
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise urgent tasks.
- Interest in talent management and social media.
- Understanding of social media platforms.
