
Team assistant, talent & influence

Working pattern: 2–3 days per week initially, with a view to becoming full-time in the coming months

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for the celebrity and influencer landscape, who’s keen to start (or grow) their career in the entertainment industry. Previous experience working with content creators is ideal, but not essential.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Talent & Influence team across campaigns, talent activity and events
- Attending meetings, scheduling, taking detailed notes and following up on actions
- Pulling together decks and presentations
- Assisting with events, including guest list management and on-the-day support
Knowledge, skills and experience
- A strong interest in celebrities, influencers and digital culture
- Is super organised, detail-oriented and great at juggling priorities
- Is very confident using Excel, PowerPoint and/or Canva
- Loves events and fast-paced environments
- Is punctual, proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
