Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee product schedules and reporting, monitoring risks and resolving delivery issues</li><li>Coordinate vendor outsourcing programmes and manage relationships to ensure timely delivery</li><li>Optimise workflows and information flows to improve efficiency</li><li>Support resource planning and maintain operational documentation for consistency and transparency</li></ul> Knowledge, skills &amp; experience&nbsp;Essential:&nbsp;<ul><li>Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management abilities</li><li>Experience of working with a range of stakeholders, including across functions, to deliver results</li><li>Experience of instructing and managing vendors</li><li>Strong IT proficiency, especially MS Word and Excel</li><li>Logical thinker, attention to detail and proactive problem solver</li><li>Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and tools</li><li>Confident and effective spoken and written communicator</li><li>Understanding of digital product development and publishing processes</li></ul>Desirable:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Familiarity with Wikitext, JIRA (or similar ticketing tools), Smartsheets, CMSs and Biblio (or similar bibliographic databases)</li><li>Understanding of the needs of the academic library market and library systems, including accessibility requirements</li><li>Change management experience</li><li>Experience of supporting request for proposal work with vendors</li></ul> Additional informationThe role is a&nbsp;full-time permanent position.
