We do this through a mixture of commissioning and acquiring shows and films, as well as news and sports coverage.This role will be working close with the Director of Commissioning Operations, the Head of Indie Relations, and the connected team who are responsible for developing our relationships with independent producers and creative businesses, as well as maintaining commissioning processes and ensuring we are operating as efficiently as possible. Key responsibilities<ul><li>To provide administrative support which may include diary management, meeting minutes, travel arrangements and managing and filing expenses.</li><li>Supporting the project management of key initiatives including, but not limited to, the Emerging Indie Fund and 4Producers Network.</li><li>Administrative support to maintain an accurate database of suppliers and other indies.</li><li>Working with the wider team on a range of initiatives to support suppliers.</li><li>Assisting with the maintenance and updating of the 4Producers website and newsletter.</li><li>Supporting the delivery of virtual and in person events and functions.</li><li>Provide cross-functional support to other teams in Commissioning, such as the Creative Diversity team, as and when necessary.</li><li>Ensure visitors to the team are handled appropriately.</li><li>Research and preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other reports.</li></ul> Knowledge, skills and experienceAs part of the application process you’ll be asked to tell us how you meet the essential criteria listed below. You’ll spend 60% of your working week in your office base and 40% working from home.The formal training provided will consist of workshops, tutorials, webinars, coaching and in some cases residential boot camps.
