Your focus will be on course administration and student care, supporting the work of our courses management team. You will also help support the marketing and digital team, assisting with the creation of social media and website content. You’ll answer queries from our growing community of aspiring writers and students through our student queries inbox, social media channels and phones calls.You’ll be based at our central London offices, but please note we are currently using a hybrid working pattern which involves a minimum of three days a week in the office with some working from home, subject to ongoing review.
